H.M.S. Vanguard.
built in Deptford and launched in 1787.
She was classed as a 3rd rate 74 gun ship.
Nelson took command in 1797 and engaged the French fleet
in the Aboukir Bay, Egypt.
Its known as the "battle of the Nile" in 1798, winning a decisive victory.
In 1821, she was broken up. After 34 years service.
